Holding myself Accountable

Heading into the holiday season is always hard for me. There's so many delicious foods that really want me to eat them. I'm going to commit to resuming calorie counting this week. My goal is to log and stay on track at least 3 days this week. 

Exercise

Strength Training

Goal: 2-3x week

Cardio

Goal: Run a 5k 3x week
